McCain-Clinton gas tax nonsense

The McCain-Clinton scheme for a federal gas tax holiday is a bit of campaign nonsense. Better to call this the McCain-Clinton road repair holiday. ANWR exaggeration

While I've long believed that opening ANWR would be a step in the right direction, it's an exaggeration to claim that this would lead to lower fuel prices in the United States.
