Steve Porter, a consultant hired by the Legislature and a former member of Gov. Frank Murkowski's gas pipeline team, is scheduled to give a talk tomorrow evening on the development of a pipeline.
Rep. Ralph Samuels said this morning Porter will address "philosophically where we are and where he thinks we should head."
Porter is one of handful of consultants hired by the Legislative Budget and Audit Committee to review pipeline proposals.
The talk is scheduled for 6 p.m.
