So far this year we have had to also shoot 3 up here by Central, most have been about 2 year old males. Also a slug from a 12 seems to work well for Bears up to about 5o yards.

You are so on target endofthe road!! I also feel the same. I have never gone into Samsons and had not been able to get what I was after, at the big joints I am left to wander and waste my time with no help from the staff and spend lots of time in the check-out line.

Doyon can still use the land thay have to go after oil if thay wish, every body knows that no one from any village has never used any of the land that is going to be exchanged and most every one in the villages mabey will fish a little and most are living a life style that is funded thru food stamps and federal money grants each month to the folks and all the game in the remote areas is being ate up by wolves and black and brown bears.

I myself love moose and caribou and really dont care how you feel about the harvest of wolves, just hope that thay keep on killing wolves. I am in a bush type area and really cant enjoy eating wolves but do enjoy moose roast.
