The dance team has to realize they are on a professional team. Being in the public eye, they need to get use to the criticism.
Just like the coach in the first game. The first game turned out bad and changes were made. Now the team is better.
Fairbanks wants to be taken seriously in the IFL.
So when something doesn't go right the fans will say something. We all pay a good amount of money for tickets. So we all have a right to express our opinions.
At this point, the girls will have to work real hard to win over Fairbanks. They can do it if they take the criticism seriously.

I also think the Grizzlies should utilize the High School talent. At least until they are able to organize a stable dance team. I was thinking that at the game on Sat.

First off I would like to say GO GRIZZLIES!!!!!!!
Awsome game on Sat.

Secondly, I think there was poor organization on the Grizzlies part to start a dance team with no coach to begin with throwing the current coach into a team with little time to prepare. I also did not see or hear any advertising on when the tryouts would take place.

Next time advertise in the News-Miner, get in the free calendar listings, or see if the editorial department would mention the tryouts.

There might have been more of a turnout.
