Levi,
Don't quit school!! You will regret it for the rest of your life!
Do correspondence through IDEA, or many other homeschool programs in the state. It would be a big mistake to drop out at this point in your life. Your diploma will give you a huge sense of accomplishment.
I quit in my 2nd semester of my Sr year. It has been by biggest regret
by far. But I am now getting my HSD at the age of 47. You can do it now and your so close to finishing!
I am very happy for you and Bristol and will be praying for you!!

We had bats for several years too. But haven't seen them for a few years now. We do still have flying squirrels. Our cat killed one a few weeks ago. Really awful! They are really tame and so cool looking!!!

The news-miner is hateful and hurtful. They want to cause this kind of division by using a headline with honor instead of remember.
Chronic alchoholism is a huge problem in Fairbanks. My husband is in public service and he knows most of the homeless by name. He is white but he has a great love for the native peoples of Alaska. He treats them with love and compassion. His best friend is Athabaskan. We have a problem in Fairbanks and causing discord is not going to solve it. There is no need for nasty, hurtful comments.

oldskoolnook- Good one!! I was there too, my son is a Sr on Lathrop and it was hard to leave him there at the school when they asked us to leave. But I had confidence in the police and firefighters there trying to control things. My husband is a firefighter and was there to control the bonfire. The police were there early on, looking in the stands for someone before the fights broke out. They knew something was up before anything happened. I think they did a good job controlling the situation!! I'm pretty sure things will be different next year. At least I hope so!!

Does anyone know what happened at the game? My son plays for Lathrop and in the 4th qtr a fight broke out, then they asked everyone in the stands to leave. It was very scary. They canceled the bonfire and told everyone to leave the stands.

Yea, and they got whooped pretty bad 38-6 I think.
