We don't have it because we didn't support it with our business. As a community our loss is because of us. Nothing comes without work, and don't expect things to improve without a sustained cooperative. That's what it takes to get what you want. And by the way, I'm in.

Ok, the second reason I love living in Fairbanks is the fact I have to know how to be tougher than most women.

The concert was amazing, and I was impressed at how hardworking that man is. My only disappointment was that I could hardly see him for the very first tickets bought for $130. We waited til the minute they opened selling to get the best seats. I heard they opened up another 150 seats in front of us two days before the concert. Does anyone know if this is true?

I threw an old washer inches from a ragamuffin lady in the dumpster who proceded to wash me with her words of kindness for helping her spruce up her frontroom. A couple of lamps and she'd be set!

Memorial Day was 2 years to the day when my truck was stolen. The troopers said their main suspect was a 60 year old female meth head. The testimony the troopers went off was from two five-year-olds. 2 weeks later a friend of mine's car was stolen. Then, later that summer, another friend had his truck stolen and burned off Old Murphy Dome Rd. Earlier that spring, a thief stole 4 tires off our 4x4 and left us with jackstands in their place! NO B.S! The theivery is out of control, and the cops could care less so I invite all of you to join with me in getting this under control. I call it Operation Cachatheif. I'm baiting the next thief right now and I've got plenty of goodies. I bought my wife a Beretta and she's a crack shot. Possibly a crack head shot. Let's hope it happens while I'm at work! I do love her so, but her aim's better than mine.

I love living in Fairbanks, because you can meet a hippy and a trapper in the same bar. (I'm saving my words for the next four posts.)

I may be slow, but I still don't get why this is federally mandated. What does it have to do with the health or safety of anyone?

Lori- Thanks for your service and make sure you tell your daughter thank you too. It is amazing to see the difference in how the town looks after 'clean up' day. I'm sorry some uncaaring people had to spoil your feeling of accomplishment. I for one will never forget the '$1000 fine' commercial that played over and over for two years straight. The one with the sandwich, remember?

Well, I didn't really mean conspiracy, but someones pockets are getting lined and I hate it when the Gov gets involved in stuff that it doesn't need to be involved. Just more control and regulations. Still, why do they say they are doing it? How does the Gov have the right to say what type of tv we can watch, and why would they?
