I agree with you Mary. It doesn't matter what the website says and if they wrote in before the warm spell that does not stop them from charging admission at the door. they could simply charge less and tell people why and what they are in for.. it is like false advertising and they are wrong for charging people full price. what a rip off.

they need to get their act together on that one..

this city is known for its drunks. Alaska is the leading nation for drunk driving.... and all Fairbanks has to do in the winter is drink.. that is why when you drive at night, you will see at least 5 officers doing a sobriety test on someone at some block on the corner.. yeah.. that is what we need, more liquor stores. This guy is wasting our time. Go walk and get your booze and groceries!

I got two things to say.. first off BIGDAN, your response was awesome!

Secondly.. without the military... FOLKS THERE IS NO TOWN! The military is what gives this boring city revenue! That is why when a unit gets deployed, businesses suffer, it is quieter here and there is less money being spent in the city. Does anyone take a moment to think about that. Walmart, Sams Club, Fred's.. all of these stores would have almost NO customers if it wasn't for the military. Open up your eyes people. Don't judge the best thing about the USA and our freedom fighters.. the UNITED STATES MILITARY over some peoples bad mistakes and poor behavior. That is not fair to the people that are kind and decent. Not everyone in the military is a wife beater, racist, or drunk biggot.

mistakes do happen. I was on the top floor standing and I even saw that it didn't go in and bounced off..I saw all the way from up there. I don't think you should be judged and burned at the state for a simple mistake..and it does happen. If people think that it is that easy and not hard at all to make a boo-boo every now and then, they should try it. Talk is cheap.
