Alcohol is a drug....just call it what it is. Drinking alcohol is not in the constitution, our constitution was based on Christian values and morals not on individual rights alone but what is best for our country as a whole.
Like I said, alcohol is a drug and we have a lot of drug dealers (liquor stores) out there....they profit so much....they don't care.....they carry no responsibility...as long as they make that money.

IF alcohol is a disease, why is it still legal? They don't have look for a vaccine for it, they just need to quit making it, thus the disease would be gone. If a vaccine is not needed for it, is it still considered a disease?

Pixyfae, right on the spot....some of my kids are married, going to college and still some in high school, I'm there ready to support and I don't need the State to tell me when and how to support them. It's sad that some parents think it's a burden to support their own flesh and blood.

Well said pixyfae! Like Corinne, I got stuck with the mortgage, Health insurance, and all the other expenses it takes to run a household and I'm not one of those individuals that go to the govenrment for help, ie, food stamps, denali kid care, medicaid, etc.
The absent parent in my case continues to live under someone else's roof and is not working steadily but works under the table for cash.
