OMG Yukonjohn that is so right! The poeple who have come to fairbanks are the ones with the problems. well said. while i do agree with that statement i still think a law should be made about public intoxication.

i was told that fairbanks doesnt have a public drunkeness law. make one and that'll help with the chronic inebriate "problem" that everyone is gettin their undies in a twist about.
