Wasilla man killed in shooting; suspect shoots himself after standoff

Stumble It!ANCHORAGE -- A Wasilla man suspected of shooting and killing a neighbor emerged from his home Sunday and shot himself.
The man was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, said Alaska State Troopers spokeswoman Megan Peters.
His name was not immediately released.
The man was suspected of shooting a neighbor, Michael L. Zagars, 49, on Saturday night.
Troopers took at call of a shooting just before 5:30 p.m. Saturday and established phone contact with the suspected shooter, who refused to put a gun down and retreated into his own home.
At about 9:30 p.m., trooper removed Zagar's body.
Zagars' family was notified of his death.
Law enforcement officers closed streets near the homes and searched vehicles.
Another neighbor told the Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman that the suspect had a history of conflict with Zagars.
Kip Haas said Zagars and the suspect argued over the Zagars' dog.
Peters said officers believed the suspect was alone in his home during the standoff.
The home was on East Porcupine Trail near Wasilla-Fishhook and Seldon roads.

A young man attending West Valley, was so talented and suicidal that he tied a rope to the top of a tree, pulled it down with his pick up and then after placing a noose around his neck he released the rope that held the tree down.
I'm not sure but it does sound rather suspicious, almost like someone trained to kill themselves or others for what ever gain that our community has to offer.
Often as in the middle east, familiy members are promised great riches through socialist organizations in our state if they kill themselves for their family or others to enrich themselves and their family.
But one must conclude that with all the socialist organizations in our state, and assassins hired and trained, largely it is for the gain from the State and it's various non profit terrorist organizations who are funded off oil revenues and with the help of greedy politicians, creating any cause to gain funding and enriching themselves, both financially and politically.

Perhaps Martin is too clever to be understood, like some character in one of Shakespeare’s plays.
I hope Newsminer never releases the killer's name and image to stop the media's love of making violent suicidal losers into celebrities and encouraging more losers to be copycats. But most likely they are just waiting for the ok from the police.
