A skier wearing bib No. 511 takes a drink while skiing the 43-kilometer course during the Sonot Kkaazoot ski race Saturday, March 22, 2008 at the Birch Hill Recreation Area. The race, which features both a 20-kilometer and 50-kilometer course and usually starts and finishes on the Chena River downtown, was rerouted to be run entirely at Birch Hill with the longest run being shortened to 43K.
