The Public Safety Report is compiled from criminal complaints filed in state and federal courts, as well as some police blotter information, trooper dispatches, fire department reports and interviews with public safety officials. Individuals named as arrested and/or charged with crimes in this report are presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Burglary

Alaska State Troopers received a report of a burglary just after midnight Thursday in Nenana. No other information was available Thursday.

Theft

A Wedgewood Drive man told Fairbanks police Wednesday that he had two handguns shipped to Alaska this week. The guns were mistakenly delivered to a neighbor on Nov. 20, who moved out soon after. Neither the neighbor nor the guns have been located.
