Kenai dentist found guilty of tax evasion charges

Stumble It!ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- A Kenai dentist has been found guilty in federal court on four counts of income tax evasion.
A jury took two days before finding 61-year-old Glenn E. Lockwood guilty.
He will be sentenced Jan. 21. The U.S. Attorney's office says he faces a maximum five-year sentence and $250,000 fine for each count, according to the U.S. Attorney's office in Anchorage.
Prosecutors say hid income through tax shelters and sham trusts. He also claimed sizable deductions - including $1,504 charged to Mabel's House of Prostitution in Nevada.
They say Lockwood also claimed purchases made at Dress Barn, David's Big and Tall Store and Big Dog Sportswear as uniforms for his dental practice.
