Anchorage barbecue ends with riot charges

ANCHORAGE -- Anchorage police say six people are facing rioting charges after a Fourth of July family barbecue turned into a brawl.

Police say officers responded in riot gear to the melee involving as many as 30 people Friday evening in the city's Muldoon area.

Lt. Paul Honeman says police used a Taser to subdue one person.
