FAIRBANKS — A Huslia mother is asking the Fairbanks community for help finding her missing daughter.
Linda Wholecheese said her daughter, 14-year-old Michaela D.L. Graham, came to Fairbanks about two weeks ago to go to the Tanana Valley State Fair. Wholecheese said she has only been able to locate her daughter one time since.
Wholecheese has enlisted the help of several law enforcement agencies in finding her daughter, but so far has only found people who claim to have seen her.
She believes her daughter might be spending most of her time at shopping centers such as Fred Meyer, Wal-Mart or the Bentley Mall.
Graham is described as a Native female with a medium build, between 5 foot 2 inches and 5 foot 6. She has curly black hair with light brown highlights and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, black Columbia jacket, blue jeans and white shoes.
“I just want the community, if they see this girl, to call me or state troopers,” Wholecheese said.
Wholecheese can be contacted at 488-8146. Alaska State Troopers can be reached at 451-5100.
